Save a Calf, Save a Cow

The Save a Calf, Save a Cow workshop gives beef producers, dairy producers, and their workers an opportunity to have hands-on calving assistance practice with a cow model. Participants will also learn about when a cow needs help with calving, what equipment is necessary, and how to safely handle cows and their calves.

Zoom classes (choose 1): November 5th at 6:30pm to 7:30pm or November 6th at 11am to 12pm. In person classes (choose 1): Gays Mills: November 12th, 11am to 12:30pm or 6pm to 7pm or other date in Darlington, November 12th, from 11am to 12:30pm, or 6pm to 7pm. Cost is $20 per person.
